International Shipping: Please do not order SuperStay or Bond if your country is under 0 degrees - if you take the risk & order we accept no liability for any issues that arise. (The Bond & SuperStay can not withhold cold conditions of under 0 degrees - international only this does not apply to the UK)
All orders are shipped out via a fully tracked service, you will receive a email/SMS. It is your responsibility to check your tracking status.
You are responsible for putting the correct delivery address on your order. Once your order has been placed we are unable to process cancellations, or make any amendments to your order. We will do our best to fulfil address changes - if we see your email before your shipping label has been processed.
Duties & Taxes
When ordering from our website you may be liable to pay any import duties and customs taxes on orders outside of the UK. The charges are typically raised once the parcel has reached its destination country and it is the customers responsibility to pay them. These charges are not set by Amor Lashes UK LTD and we have no control over them. The charges must be paid in order to receive your goods. Refusing to pay these charges will result in your order being returned to us. Additionally, the original shipping cost and cost of the return shipping as well as up to a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Currency Conversion
By default, all prices on our website are GBP (£). You may choose to change the currency on our website using our currency selector which uses the latest exchange rates available. In some cases, your bank may determine the exchange rate instead. You can use an online converter to check the daily exchange rate to give you an estimation of the cost.
Delayed Shipping
Whilst Amor Lashes UK make every effort to adhere to the product delivery times outlined in our Shipping Policy, we have no control over any delays that may arise after your package is with the carrier. Although they are uncommon, delays can occasionally happen. This can be the result of bad weather, vehicle breakdown, or other uncontrollable circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for any delays with your package, hence we are unable to provide any reimbursements for incurred shipping charges.
