You can cancel your subscription anytime after three billing cycles. To do this, go to your account, click on "My Subscriptions," choose the subscription you want to cancel, scroll to the bottom, and press "Cancel Subscription.”

Your subscription order will be reserved and processed based on stock availability. You will be billed for the upcoming month on the same date as the shipping date, according to your subscription frequency. Alternatively, you can swap the product within the subscription dashboard.

As a customer, you can merge subscriptions only if they share the same shipping address and have the same billing and delivery frequency. Once you select the order date, all future subscriptions will align according to the delivery frequency used for the merger. You can merge your subscriptions directly through the customer portal. However, you cannot merge the shipping of adhesives and lashes due to their different delivery frequencies.

Yes, you can add one-time products to your subscription through the customer portal, and you can include as many as you want with each delivery. These items will be shipped with your next order. Within the portal, select the subscription you want to add products to, then click "See More Products" in the "Goes Well with Your Order" section. You can search through all available products and click "Select" when you're ready to add them. You can then choose the quantity and decide whether to add the products as a one-time add-on or as a permanent addition to your subscription. If you choose the one-time add-on option, the products will be included in your next subscription order.

Yes, you can skip your order for 30 days. To do this, go to the customer portal, select the subscription you want to skip, and click "Skip Order.”

Yes, you can change this within your customer portal. Access it by signing into your customer account. Select the subscription you want to amend, scroll down to the bottom, and update the information in the shipping address section.

The subscription cost depends on the product selected. For the first three billing cycles, you will receive a 15% discount on the product price. After the third billing cycle, the discount increases to 20%. Additionally, you will enjoy a reduced shipping fee of £1.99 for all subscription orders.

For all lashes the billing frequency is every 1 month, for our liquid products the subscription & billing frequency is every 3 month. However if you are running low, you can opt to order earlier than your next billing date by pressing ‘Order Now’ within the subscription dashboard.

We ship all subscription orders via Royal Mail 48 Hour delivery. You will be able to track your order within your account. You can also select to collect from our warehouse in BS41 Bristol.
